Take onion (1) and tomato (2) & grind it. Add Gingelly oil to pan and the grinded mixture and sauté it for 1 minute. Add chopped vegetables (Brinjal or Drumstick or Bhendi or Bitterguard) and sauté it for 2 minutes. Add 500 ml of water and 25g Perfect Karakuzhambu mix. Stir it well and allow it to boil. When the required consistency is reached / vegetables is cooked, switch off the flame. Season it with Gingelly oil.
Now Yummy tasty Kara kuzhambu is Ready.
Note : For More taste add 2 tsp of coconut milk.
No need to add Tamarind, Masala and Salt.
