Add Gingelly oil to pan and season with Mustard , Dry chilly and Curry leaves. Then add 200ml of water and 40g Perfect Vathakuzhambu mix, stir it well and allow to boil. When oil oozes out, switch off the flame.
Now Yummy tasty VathaKuzhambu Ready.
Note: For Additional taste, add chopped Garlic and Onion.
No need to add Tamarind, Masala, Vathal and Salt.
